Our daily lives can be stressful and tiring, especially when you work all week and party all weekend.  To make sure you’re at your best at our next events, I would like to give you the chance to relax a little bit.

  • MEDITATION is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the conditioned ‘thinking’ mind into a state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation has many health benefits and is a wonderful way to relieve stress. Learn to meditate 20 minutes a day and you will find calmness in life.

    STEP 1: Wear comfortable clothes

    STEP 2: Select a comfortable and quiet place

    STEP 3: Choose a good time

    STEP 4: Assume sitting position with straight back

    STEP 5: Inhale deeply and exhale slowly

    STEP 6: Concentrate on your breathing and on how you feel; if you feel like it, use your mantra

    STEP 7: Be consistent; insert meditation in your daily routine. It is a great way to start up your day
