Kamoon is a street art/photography project by French expat Marilyn Huart and her partner.
Walking the streets of major cities all over Europe, the couple spend their time searching for what they term “street art coincidences” – beautiful accidents where street drawings, graffiti, worn advertisements and old posters create (con)textural depth and pattern.
In photographing these juxtapositions of colour, style, texture, and 2D/3D elements, Kamoon create unique semi-abstract compositions.
Each work has a different impact and style, from pop art to abstract expressionism, and a selection of their best works will be available at The Ice Cream Truck’s Design Art Fashion Fair this Saturday, May 5th.
