PROJECT: An event series.
TASK: Develop a concept around a sample sale of Swedish brands.
CREATIVE SOLUTIONS: Concept development, art direction, promotion, local KOL targeting + community management.
EVENT CONCEPT: A theme ‘The S Sessions’ – a social event with music, food, give-aways + entertainment.
DESIGN: TICT created the event key visual, inspired by the ‘Scandinavian’ focus.
PROMOTION: Activating TICT’s online presence, owned media / blog + audience reach on a variety of platforms as well as newsletter to 15k subscribers.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST: to give further incentive for public engagement on social platforms.
LOCAL KOL TARGETTING: Selection of Chinese creative / fashion-related personalities, in alignment with AAO Brands audience objectives.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: TICT’s responsibilities included selection + creation of the RSVP guestlist, communications with guests + management of entry on evening.
